Who we are
This site is run by [[RAISON_SOCIALE]], [[ADRESSE]], under the name Bâtiment au Courant. The person in charge of protecting personal information is [[RESPONSABLE]], reachable at [[COURRIEL]].
What we collect
- Your contact details: name, company, phone, email, your role, the number of buildings and the best time to call you.
- Your answers to the check: DR option, how your reductions are triggered, automation system and target reduction.
- Where your visit came from: landing page, referring site and advertising campaign parameters.
- How your request turned out: for example, whether we reached you, whether our software is a fit and whether you bought it.
We don’t keep your IP address with your request. A hashed fingerprint of the address is used to limit abuse and is deleted after 24 hours.
Why we use it
- To call you back about your request and present our software, if it’s a fit.
- To learn which advertising campaigns bring us requests and customers.
- To send you emails about demand response and our products, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and audience measurement
By default, this site uses no cookies. It counts the steps reached on the page, such as the number of completed checks, without identifying anyone.
If we turn on Google’s advertising tracking, the page will ask for your consent first, and nothing loads if you decline. You can change your mind with the link at the bottom of the page.
If you accept, your browser keeps the campaign behind your visit and Google’s click identifier for 90 days, to link a request to the ad that prompted it, even if you come back later. If you decline, that identifier is erased and never sent to us.
Where your information goes
Requests are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase), in its Montréal region. We get a notice of each request by email through [[FOURNISSEUR_COURRIEL]], whose servers may be outside Québec. We don’t sell your information.
Your choice about ad tracking is recorded with your request. If you accepted, we may send Google Ads the click identifier and how your request turned out (for example, qualified request or sale), to measure our ads. We don’t send it your contact details. Google’s servers may be outside Québec.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [[COURRIEL]]. You can also file a complaint with Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
